The food is fine, but this location us consistently the worst run Wendy's I have eaten at. The staff is slow and seemingly poorly trained. I have visited this location. Many time as it is close to my house, but I'm so fed up with the poor service, I will gladly go to the next location rather than deal with the staff here.
i come here for lunch a lot because there aren't very many options near my class, however i don't think i'll be coming by much anymore. the service is always slow and team members don't prioritize customers. however, last time i went was awful. i came on 11/10. i had never seen the person who was serving me before. she was not in uniform, and when i asked her to move my food into a to go bag, she touched it with her BARE HANDS in order to put it in my bag. i regret not saying anything. it sucks management doesn't care enough to fix problems and train people properly, and it sucks there aren't more options to eat near there (however i understand that part isn't the wendy's fault, i'm just annoyed that one of my few inexpensive options for lunch sucks.)
Workers never know what they are doing. Service was terrible. Fry's were cold. Nuggets were rubbery. Pretty much everything was out of order.
Would not recommend eating here.
The food is fine unless you get an undercooked piece of chicken. But I don't think location should count as fast food as I have never been able to get through this line in less then 2 minutes. One time I was the second person in line and it was waiting for half an hour just for them to take my order. The only reason I come here anymore is because my wife loves it and never has to deal with the wait time since I usually come here alone. IMO not really worth it but happy wife happy life right?
Quick, affordable, and tasty. Wendy's is always o good place to stop for lunch on the go.
