We go to Chili's quite often and enjoy their food and service. But last night at this location, we had terrible food and customer service. The appetizers and drinks were brought out randomly. It took a while to have our drinks and chips refilled. We waited about an hour for our entrees! The tables around us all got their food before us and they had bigger parties that had arrived after us. They told us somehow they forgot our food in the kitchen or something. The entrees were also brought out kind of randomly. The server was apologetic and said the manager would comp some of the food. Once we finally got our entrees...most of them were awful. As if they had been sitting under the heat lamp for an hour. The tacos were very salty and the meat was chewy. Got returned. Got an enchilada soup instead...it tasted burned. Sent it back. Someone else had a steak quesadilla, the stake looked very dark and dry...more like beef jerky. Got sent back for an appetizer. Another person had the fajitas...the rice and the vegetables were undercooked. We were told some things would be comped because it took almost an hour...but nothing was comped at the end because the food that we got was bad so we got 3 new items and they charged us for the new items instead! We went to pay on that machine that sits on the table, it froze, rebooted, and then it would not work. Although the server and manager were nice and apologetic, the food was NOT good, it took a very long time, bad experience overall and to top it all off, we didn't get comped at all! Not sure if we will return to this Chili's again.
Food was excellent. Service mediocre. Ordered a beer and server returned ten minutes later to say it had not been poured yet, but she could now take our order. It arrived shortly after that.
We often sit in the bar and the servers are great. If that's full we always ask for Glade. If you are lucky enough to have him as a server your food will be perfect and you'll have great service. We keep coming back to Chili's because they are pretty consistent - a rarity in restaurants these days.
Food was excellent and so was the service. Our server/bartender was Kyanna. She took great care of us super friendly and funny. We'll be back
Servers were very friendly and attentive, unfortunately the food was some of the worst I've had in a long time. I ordered my steak medium and it came out rare. I had to send it back to have them cook it longer but when it came out again it was probably medium-rare. Instead of sending it back again, I tried to force it down. The last three bites were the hardest because it felt like I was biting through veins. The potatoes were also dry and hard to eat. Needless to say I had lost my appetite by then. Will not be going to this Chili's and possibly any Chili's again.
