I bought a vehicle here about a month ago and my vehicle started to make a few sounds. It was a pretty old vehicle that wasn't crazy expensive so I figured my lost. I told my sales rep Chris Keen about the situation when I went in to get my plates and he had his service look at it right there and then without me even asking! Turned out to be something minor but they took care of it and now its running great! So awesome to feel like you have customer service after you purchase a vehicle.

When I went into national auto plaza I was so pleased by the amount of knowledgeable people. They were all so very helpful and weren't forcing me to make a decision RIGHT away. One of the workers David was also very knowledgeable, and if he didn't know the answer he was eager to find someone who did! I would recommend highly! And now have the cutest car :)
