They did fix a dent that was smaller than a nickel on my door. Dropped my car off at 8 am just picked it up at 12 pm.

DO NOT GO HERE! Purchased a car from here and paid for car in full. Temp tags have expired and no title to be found. They sold me a used car without obtaining the title first. Which I'm pretty sure is ILLEGAL! I'm on my second round of temp tags. This isn't the first time this has happened as I found the same story on the BBB with an ongoing problem for 6 months or more. I can't get a licence plate until title is in hand.
But we were told our car would be detailed before we picked it up, when we picked it up, there were more spots in it than there was when we first saw it. (When we first saw it, it hasn't been detailed at all, just came from auction). Picked it up, it was dirty, maybe had been vacuumed. Well, a few weeks later, to today, I got a call last week, that my car needed to be detailed and be cleaned outside too. Cool.
I originally loved my first experience here, loved the salesman we work with, he was kick ass. Ray Martinez.
Going through financial hardship is and can be embarrassing. When I got the flyer in the mail from Ryan offering a way to rebuild my credit, I thought this is the most amazing piece of mail I’ve received in a long time. Ryan was very accommodating to help me find a reliable car for me and my 2 little boys. When I got to the lot I was greeted by Spencer who stated Ryan was assisting someone else and he would help me. Spencer went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my car selection and I felt his knowledge of the vehicles was great. He was very attentive and I never felt like I wasn’t a priority while waiting on the financing. I will definitely be coming back for future vehicles and will encourage all my friends and coworkers to give Spencer a call.
Just picked it up. Looks like all they did was vacuum again. The spots on the roof are still there, clearly untouched, none of the hard surfaces were wiped down. Truly disappointed.
Car shopping freaks me out and makes me nervous. My husband and I ran into Ray Martinez here at this place who made us feel at ease and relax. As we were test driving he said to drive like we own it. Made us laugh throughout this whole hard process. He listened to what we wanted and out price range. Never tried to upsell us on anything we didn't want and was very honest and gave us his opinions.
