I've had Salt Cycles service 3 different bikes now. Every time has been a stellar experience. In fact, one time they even saved me from needing to buy a new wheel for my MTB after tacoing the rear wheel. Best bike shop in the valley in my opinion.
Good staff at Salt, they take good care of my bikes and always are good to share knowledge if I want to tackle a job myself. Good atmosphere and honest work.
Great shop! There is a great atmosphere there and the staff really know how to connect with customers. When my old bike crapped out, I had them help me build up a bike from a frame I purchased. While the bike cost a bit more than I expected, I'm happy to support a shop that really looks to it's customers. We did run into a few hiccups trying to everything put together, but the shop worked with me and everything turned out great. I can now train for my upcoming race season and I have a rad new bike!
If you read nothing else read this part, go there now! With that being out of the way I would send friends and family here with out blinking an eye. They took care of the woman I love with no issues and have helped her get the bike just the way she wants. And they have been friendly and accommodating the entire time.
They have very good bikes. that last along time. they are all really nice people when you walk in the door. they make sure you get the best bike!!!!
