You will learn a lot about proper fit, stretching and fitness -- it will all help you be more comfortable on your bike and perform at a higher level.
Jeff is as good as it gets. My initial fitting changed things up a bit and felt odd at first. After a week, things got better. Then, after a couple of weeks I really broke through and both comfort and performance were much improved.
I go through a lot of bikes throughout the year and I always refer back to the Retul fit that Jeff provided. Everything still feels great -- even two years later. I have traveled and sent my fit details to shops who have a bike ready for me when I get there. The good ones can get any bike to fit like a glove.

Everyone who is even remotely serious about their bike needs to go see Jeff and have him set up your bike...he made some major changes to my bike, but this is exactly what I wanted and needed. My power output to effort ratio just got seriously jacked. In addition, Jeff helped me get on track with being a better-faster cyclist. I've made two trips to see Jeff at Precision Bike Fit over the past few months. He was recommended to me by a friend after I had suffered from a serious lower leg and knee injury. He was professional and clearly communicated information on how the adjustments he made would benefit my bike riding experience. Not only did he examine and make adjustments with my seat, handlebars, and cleats, he gave me specific stretches and exercise to help me feel more comfortable on the bike. He has an open-door policy for three months following the initial fitting session to continually make adjustments if needed.
