Over priced, low quality. I'd recommend Rue21+. Same quality, lower priced.
I normally love Torrid, even though they are more expensive than where I normally shop, I know when I need something special (like work pants) they will have my size. Unfortunately, I went about a month or two ago and bought two pairs of dress pants for $50 each and one of them is completely falling apart, after the first week of wearing them, all three of the buttons had fallen off on one pair and the only button on the other pair too, which I ended up fixing because of their return policy. I just put one of the pairs on today and already the stitching is coming apart on the top (where the stretch part that holds the pants up and the bottom of the pants meet) its coming apart!! The other pair, is a little more solid but both pairs are slowly falling apart and I have only had them for a month and a half (maybe less). I only wash them once a week EXACTLY the way they are labeled. I am very upset because I feel like I wasted $100 bucks on what I thought were good quality pants!) I don't know what to do, other than piss and moan. I am not shopping at this place again, because of the prices and the quality. It makes me very sad.
Walked in the door 10 minutes before closing, I needed a dress for my mom's funeral services (which I did not tell them) coming up in a few days. Those ladies never blinked an eye. Even when I said I know you close in a few minutes, the response was we have had a busy night take your time. AMAZING customer service. Thank you
