BELOW 0 rating! This store is HORRIBLE and I have been fighting with them for almost a year now with NO RESULT!! Do NOT give them your money because when you find out that your licensed doctor tells you not to wear their supports, they will STILL not give you your money back after you trusted them!! I had an inexperienced sales person give me all the wrong information and now they want to offer me a store credit!! HORRIBLE product and greedy company.
I believe they prey on people that are in pain and vulnerable because of it. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a real foot doctor.
2 days later after he just got done bowling they called him on his cell phone and they threatened him that if he didn’t pay in full they would charge him 26% interest. We called the store that night and their only excuse was it was probably a miscommunication. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
Chris was awesome, I just took a job managing a restaurant and my feet have been hurting so bad. I was desperate for some relief. I can't even begin to explain how already this is changing my life. If I was going to spend $1200 dollars on insoles, I would have expected them to be custom made for my feet, not just custom sized and fitted.
The lady that helped us was very nice. However if they would have led with the price of $1200 dollars per person then we wouldn't have had to waist an hour and a half of their time or ours.
This place is horrible and I AM BEGGING YOU do not go to this store. I am going to telling you what happened to my eledery grandfather who visited and purchased some inserts from this store.
