They were very friendly even though mine was a case that was actually very different to what they were used to handling. Very professional in every way. Paid attention to detail. All round I was very impressed.
They were busy that day so it is understandable. But besides the wait it was a good experience.
Staff was professional and courteous. However it took a while for me to go back, and a while for the doctor to provide me with my physical. Due to the wait, i missed my drug test screening.
These people were very professional and efficient. I was in and out quickly and everybody treated me very nicely. I would definitely choose this location again
They forgot about my paperwork and I sat for an hour before being called back. I had asked multiple times if everything was ok, and was assured it was. Then they let me know they had misplaced my paperwork.
The staff at Concentra were exceptional. Everyone worked hard to make the visit as pleasant as possible even with the longer than usual wait time. They provided bottled water and snacks while I waited and were not stingy at all about the amount of water I had. I didn't expect that kind of visit from a place I only went to get a physical at. They obviously wanted me to keep me happy lol. I had to miss lunch with all the things I had going on so HUGE THANKS!
