Trinity is FANTASTIC!! She is such a kind person and has been a pleasure to work with. She helped my wife and I find the perfect wedding bands. Trinity is extremely knowledgeable about the products they offer, including how to treat for fragile materials such as wooden jewelry. It warms our hearts that she always remembers us when we walk in, and she greets us with a big smile and hug. Came here shopping for engagement rings, and rings for Him. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was able to describe what I'm looking for for myself, and they showed me exactly what I had in mind, while being respectful to my budget. Plus, they were able to help me find the best ring types for Him that he can wear at work and not have to worry about. Their In-House financing is really great, too! They worked with me and my budget. I've been to other stores, and even other Morgan Jeweler locations, and these guys are my favorite. These guys are all about the Customer, and Customer Happiness / Satisfaction. They treat you like a person, not another dollar in their pocket.
