Wonderful shopping experience. We had planned to visit four other stores as well. The installers were on time, polite, and great to work with. They did an amazing job when laying the carpet in a professional and timely manner. The finished product was beautiful. I won't use anyone else for any carpet or flooring needs. 10/10 would recommend for anyone in this market.

They are amazing! The customer service alone sets them so far above Lowe’s and Home Depot but add amazing prices (over $2,000 cheaper with 2x’s higher grade carpet and padding) and very modern choices with quicker installation times! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this store.
Always an amazing experience using Carpet Giant in Sandy, UT. I have used them for multiple design clients, who have all loved the product and service, and it was finally my time to use them and I couldn't have had a better experience. Barret was so helpful with an in home consultation. He was wonderful helping me pick the perfect flooring for our new home. I ended up with a high quality laminate hardwood looking flooring. It's durable and gorgeous. People all have assumed it was real wood. The installers were amazing as well and went above and beyond to give me the perfect end result. I am so happy with my choice in using Carpet Giant and refer everyone I know to them.
