Just found the store today and I am asking myself how i have not been coming here all along. Great selection, reasonable prices($10 for 4 fat quarters on friday) and a friendly staff. Way to go, cotton shop.
They don't treat you any differently if you dont know a whole lot about sewing.
I went here for the first time hoping it would be Amazing...it wasn't. No one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. When I finally went to the cutting table there was a Hispanic lady who offered to help me checkout. She asked how much fabric I needed and as I told her and she had laid my fabric out ready to cut another employee came up pushed my fabric aside and began to help another customer, the lady that was helping me just smiled at me and pulled her hands back into herself. I was shocked at the disregard and disrespect this other employee had shown. I will never return here. They have no customer service or people skills and definitely do not treat their employees the right way.
First and last time I ever went in there... very cold and unwelcoming staff.
Friendly staff, very willing to help me find just the right fabric for my quilt. Love to shop there.
I asked about fabrics where they get them, just trying to learn more about this little potential gem of a shop I thought I might frequent.
Their response was cold, abrupt, and disregarding, I was surprised. The rest of my fabric buying experience there was equally disappointing. I never went back.
