Seriously the best place for improving anything in your place of residence. I go there early in the morning and still get help if I need it. The only issue I personally have is the stockers whom I have talked to are not too happy about finding other employees to help you, stockers are the ones who stock the shelves, but these ones don't seem to know where things are located. Ironic.
The store people are helpful but their appliance delivery service is the worst I have ever worked with. They couldn't guarantee delivery times even with a 7 hr. window. Then they called me with a total BS story about the truck running late... 5 days late! Missed having my new kitchen done for Thanksgiving even though I allowed 3 extra days leeway.
I got here five minutes before closing looking for some nuts and bolts to fix an issue with my garage door. I didn't think I would be able to find what I needed due to the time but Wyatt approached me and immediately found exactly what I was looking for. I was very impressed with his level of expertise and the recommendations that he made were spot on. Great job Wyatt, thanks again!
Good selection and prices but service and employee knowledge has gone downhill fast. Used to be what they were known for. Lowes employees are so much more helpful now.
Very disappointed. Will not shop here for large ticket items again.
Great staff always willing to help, the guys at the pro-desk are my go to guys for my parts ordering always friendly and get me in and out in a timely manner
