Decent prices but the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. I always go here for expert advice.
I come here often because of the friendly and helpful staff.Took a little long to get my purchase out of warehouse,but they let me know of progress,all is good
If I could give less than one star I would. Bought a ceiling fan from Lowe's, expecting all pieces to be in the box. Drove all the way home and half of the pieces were missing. I called the store to ask if they could put a new one on hold. The guy on the phone was rude, when I told him about the missing pieces all he said was "You know whose fault that was? Your fellow customer". We ended up having to drive back and dig through another box, which was also missing pieces. Worst customer service, never apologized and sat around eating instead of helping.
Nikky in the Sandy UT store was so helpful in the appliance Dept. She contacted the delivery person and got us a Monday delivery when we were prepared to wait until Thursday! She was very knowledgeable about refrigerators. She's the best!
We went into Lowes on a Sunday afternoon. We couldn't find anyone in plumbing to help us. Then we found Nikki from another department who was incredibly helpful, great customer service and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The person who was actually in Plumbing (Cliff) came around after Nikki had done her best to address our needs. Unfortunately, Cliff started to tell her what she had done wrong and why. It was super uncomfortable and Cliff was very disrespect to her and clearly clueless about customer service. While he was verbally harassing Nikki, there were numerous other customers in the plumbing department needing assistance that Cliff didn't bother to help. Nikki was a rockstar and finished up with us by helping us out to our car with our merchandise (as I have a boot on my foot due to an injury.)
