I love the Sanctuary! Katie has been doing my hair for a couple years and she is amazing! My hair always looks great after she’s done with it. And it’s easy to style after I’m home because the cut is so good. The place is beautiful and everyone is professional and friendly. Highly recommend this place and Katie!

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon! I was so excited to get my hair done here. I showed up for my appointment the second I met the hairstylist that was going to so my hair. She was so snotty to me. This was my birthday present so I shrugged it off. I really wanted my hair done. I thought going to a higher end salon i would really get what I want turns out I was so wrong. Not even a min after sitting in the chair I showed her what I wanted she told she could not do what I wanted. She didn't have time for that. It was to much work. Finally after she was being agrumentive for 10 min. I finally said I am ok. I don't want to have my hair done here she told me no. I said yes I'm leaving. Finally she removed the cape. I asked for my coat in tears now . I went to leave and the manager or the woman who over sees all of these salons ran out after me. She told me she was sorry and would call me as soon as she was done with her other client to make it right. I waited for that call.... She never called. I would never ever go back to here. I'm so upset by this disturbed is a better way to put it. How could a salon associated with Aveda be so awful to someone. I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Just terrible! I ended up going somewhere else and she did just what I wanted . my hair looks great no thanks to this salon. So glad I left who knows how it would look if I hadn't.
