Great customer service over the phone. Very happy with the policy about forced phone upgrades. AT&T stopped making my iPhone 6 so they sent me a 6+ when I filed an insurance claim. Zagg has a policy about this unusual circumstance so they will send a screen protector that fits! :)
Great service. Always nice people working here. I love the product since a new phone is 700 bucks and a new screen protector is only 6 bucks. So glad I don't have to buy a new screen protector every time it cracks, just gotta show appreciation for the time it takes to put a new one on.
Terrible service don't wast you time at this location. Just go to the corporate location at 7200 they know what they're doing. They peeled my old protector up and replaced it with a new one. They then tried to charge me $71.00 after calling the corporate office and explaining the situation they still didn't know what they needed to do. So they took off the new protector and put my old cracked one back on and said take it to corporate and have them fix it.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! All Zagg locations are franchises and the corporate store will not honor any work done at any location other than the Midvale location on Legacy Center Way. I had to go back to the South Towne location 3 different times to try and get my S7 Edge screen right, which after 3 tries in 3 days was a fail. On the 3rd visit I waited 40 minutes for the representative to come back from his "Be Back In 10 Minutes" break... I was less then impressed with the quality of work and the service provided so I took my phone to the corporate location and they begrudgingly made it right in 2 minutes with no extra cost. Do yourself a favor and go to corporate from the get go, you will not have any issues I assume...
