Their Geek Squad is pretty awesome! They helped me to solve a Nikkor lens issue with connecting to my camera body. The person who could have helped me was not available in store, so they called him on the phone and used Face Time to show him my camera and he worked with them on the phone to get it resolved. AMAZING Service! :) We love this Best Buy.
Helpful staff once you can hook up to someone, but they don't tend to have much more product knowledge than I already do. Their prices agree high enough that unless I absolutely need it that day I use them more for a place I can see and touch then order for a better price on line. One advantage of buying from Best Buy is the have about the best extended warranty around even if it is a little pricey.
The Staff here is almost too helpful. I was offered help several times in one visit. Not complaining about this though. All employees are really friendly and knowledgeable. I have always have a positive experience here.
This is one of the newer Best Buy locations in town, it's also one of the smallest. The shopping experience is great, it's a clean store in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have all the mainstream stuff from phones, TVs, video games, appliances, wearable tech, drones, and so forth. I took one star off because their selection at this store is more limited than I expect from Best Buy. They probably have very little inventory you couldn't find at a WalMart or Target location, which don't even specialize in electronics the way Best Buy does. So ultimately, while this store offers a great experience, I'm not sure they offer a better selection or pricing than you could find many other places.
This Best Buy is one of the best in the salt lake valley. Clean store, friendly and helpful staff. Went into buy a set of headphones and look at some appliances and they were ready and willing to help and answer any questions I may have had.
