I definitely prefer Target to Walmart, but I don't mind going here as it's one of the nicer Walmarts I've been to. And it's really as busy as others I've gone to. Pretty well stocked with things I go in for; I rarely leave without something I need. The only thing I hate (and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) are the annoying salesmen that are always back near electronics. Do yourself a favor: avoid eye contact and keep walking!
This store was a madhouse, probably because I went on Saturday. I had to fill a prescription and the Asian guy who received my dropoff was amazing. He hustles and gets things done in a timely fashion. Then I went to the deli in search of a "hot and ready pizza," which was advertised to be available between 4 and 7pm and they were all gone. When I inquired about them, all I got were blank stares from the guy and gal behind the counter. They seemed not to have a clue. Remind me to go to Little Caesars in the future!!!!!
We brought our car to do a quick oil change and we chose the cheapest oil change package... they drained our oil before letting us know we have to get the synthetic brand because that's what my car takes... we didn't plan on spending more than double on our oil change and only had enough for what we planned.... so they where understanding and apologized because they drained our oil before letting us know and allowed us to keep the cheaper price. My opinion the best customer service is always clear in the back in the automotive section!
So, Wal Mart sucks in general, but today I was hung up on twice while trying to call the pharmacy, and then when I finally got in touch with someone they put me on hold. I am still on hold 10 minutes later while I write this review. NEVER go here! The richest folks in America should be able to do sooooo much better than this!!
Nigative 5 stars, Worst Walmart I have ever been to. Only three of the 21 registers were manned with lines of 15 people and the few self checkout kiosks had a line of about 45 people. Whoever is managing the front should be replaced along with all 18 unmanned registers. Not one time thing, thought was a fluke but after multiple times weekend, weekday, morning noon and night never changed. Never going here again.
