Went here looking for a tie for my younger brother for prom they had a wonderful clearance section that had exactly what I was looking for what impressed me the most was that it was organized.
I came in to get a nice formal dress I ask the lady for help she said she didn't know much because that was not her department just a lazy older lady, then I get the dress a dress that cost $150.00 she was rolling it and putting it in a small bag, I ask I would like the dress in a long bag she reply I don't work in this department I don't know where their long bags are nasty service. People go else where not this department store macys not go at all.
If shopping in department stores is something that you like than this one is worth a visit. Well organised, good displays and staff is friendly and courteous. Also returns are straight forward.
Kind employees, fast service, and yummy ice cream cones! Their food is generally more pricey though, so we usually go for specials, ice cream cones, or convenience.
Very helpful, positive young man assisted me and was friendly. He made this trip to Macys' s memorable and I felt pampered.
