Sometimes the clothes are terribly messy and so crammed on clearance racks that it's difficult to go through all of them. I've always appreciated the customer service, though.
Called in to see if they have a shirt in for my son. When I called I was put on hold. Which at first I was okay with. I get it. It gets busy... However I'm currently on the phone on hold for 15 mins and haven't spoken to anyone. I would've appreciated an update on the wait time.
Love this old navy! It is one of the cleanest and most organized old navy's I've been in. Much better than the one at Jordan's Landing or the Orem store.
