I really enjoy this store. The customer service is great. They only downside is that I honestly feel that I'm not getting the best quality products and the prices seem a little high because of that. Other than that, this is a great store.
So, even if you have the reciept, they won't accept an online return without "the original credit card used to purchase the product". Thanks for wasting my time, I hope you plan on reimbursing me for the hour of my my time and all the gas it took to get to your store.
I can't even describe how much my husband and I love this store. Blaire is a gem- the store was closing and she was so fabulous to work hard until we found what we were looking for. Awesome clothing, big variety of color and style- clean, well-kept, and definitely great quality of clothing. LOVE EXPRESS!
I had three dresses i tried on and love no one spoke to me from the time in i let myself into a fitting room. I love this store but I will go spend my money somewhere else what awful service
