After two weeks of putting the "utility" in "sport utility vehicle", we decided to treat the truck to a nice spa day before going out of town. We used to love this car wash, and since we were in the neighborhood we decided to come back.
Took my car in for a wash today and got the deluxe wash. I specifically asked the employeee to make sure all of the bugs were cleaned off of the car because we just got back from a road trip. I just got home and I took a look at my car (they had me stay in the car during the wash). There are bugs ALL over the car still on the front of my car, the hood, and on the back of the rear view mirrors. The bugs were very obvious. The kids who dried off my car easily could have seen them and sent me back through instead of making me find out at home that my car was still very dirty. Very disappointed. I could have done a better job at a $4 self pay car wash and saved myself $8.
I am so impressed with supersonics attention to detail on my car and always treating me and my family right. Getting the unlimited pass was the best decision, and the free vacuums are a huge bonus. I have been coming here for 17 years and their attention to detail has only improved. The new uniforms look super professional.
This Place is awesome! They've made some great modifications to their washes and the service there is willing to comply to how you want your wash done. Passes are a good deal as well if you want to maintain keeping your car cleaned.
We took pictures of the state of the car after being cleaned, but it doesn't look like they can be posted here. To be clear, we aren't talking "didn't pass a white glove check" dirty, we're talking "went directly to another car wash afterwards" dirty.
I usually go to self service car washes so I know exactly what I get, but I had to wet a wash quickly so I stopped here. Let me just say that I am very surprised at the service and quality of care. For the price you get more than what you pay for! Their employees are very fast and very good at what they do, and their internal staff are very welcoming. I even talked with their manager while I was inside and he seems like he really cares and you can tell that care is passed down through each and every employee. I will be coming back!
This was apparently a mistake. Despite spending almost 30 bucks on the service, very little was done to the car. The floors were only vacuumed in the first two rows, and only barely. The back hadn't been touched. The door compartments hadn't been touched. The cup holders hadn't been touched. Grime, crumbs, and dust coated everything. Absolutely nothing had been actually cleaned, only major surfaces given a cursory wipe. Just to make sure it wasn't just egregious filth that couldn't reasonably have been removed, we took some baby wipes and swiped at it. Most of it came out on the first pass. Within 10 minutes and some baby wipes, we were able to do more than an entire team with professional cleaning supplies, 20+ minutes, and almost $30 of our money could be bothered to do.
