Absolutely amazing staff! I have taken my dogs here to get groomed for a while, and any of the wonderful groomers there will take the best care of your pooch. You can tell they love what they do. Definitely recommended!

This week I took him in (Maltese/Shitsu) and paid $22 extra for a nail buffing which I feel like they didn't do his nails were super long. But the most frustrating thing was he had razor burn all over his bottom and anal area. His is in pain and uncomfortable. We took him back in for them to look at it and felt they were nonchalant about it. It has been two days and the poor guy is in a cone to keep him from chewing the area. He continues to drag his rear end on the ground and irritate it. It isn't improving, just the opposite, it seems to be getting worse and I foresee a vet visit in the future.

What major pet store supply chain that sells reptiles and pet supplies for reptiles doesn't sell raw mice to feed them ? If they don't carry live pet food for snakes, you would think they could have a part on their website that indicates their limitations for such a huge Pet Supply Store franchise. I'm not into snakes myself but my BF's son left it when he went out of town and I'm trying to get the creature fed. I thought I could rely on such a large pet supply store. But I was wrong. I called, but I was on hold for over 8 mins bc the woman didn't know for sure and had to go check. In the mean time, I drove all the way out here for nothing while on hold.....

Thanks Petsmart, you rock. Not.

All in all the grooming, nails, and teeth cost about $75. For that price you would think they would be able to avoid giving my dog razor burn.

I brought my 10 month old Goldendoodle in today to get groomed. Haylee took care of him and did a wonderful job, the best job a groomer has done so far. He looked fantastic. She, and the other groomers as well, were all very friendly and kind and gentle to my puppers. I will definitely be going back here. My puppy was nervous at first when I dropped him off, but when I picked him up he seemed relaxed and happy. Also, another thing I like that Petsmart does is they give you an evaluation pamphlet detailing was exactly was done and how your dog handled it and how things went.

I have taken my puppy in multiple times for a grooming and been fairly satisfied.

Took my dog there for a bath for the first time and they did a wonderful job. He came home and wasn't stressed and the price was much lower that PetCo. Groomers were all very nice too.
