Stay far away!! I can't speak for the company as a whole, but they employ two very crooked agents. They get you to sign their contract, and never hear from them again. I had to find my own showings, and decided on a brand new build. My agent did nothing to negotiate! To make matters worse, he made the mistake of forwarding me an email that included his pathetic negotiating attempt. Did I mention I never heard from them again? They took advantage of a first time buyer. Lesson learned.
