These people have no idea about quality. Had I known what a disaster they would be for me I never would have done business with them. Their website is pure propaganda. Their customer service personnel is totally uninformed.
I got tangled up with New Life Pharmacy in the fall of 2015 when my sons psychiatrist feared he may have diabetes during his hospitalization. While searching the internet for recipe ideas to cook for a diabetic, I was asked to sign up with my phone number in order to receive free online recipes. Before I knew it my phone started ringing and I was hit up with an offer for a "free" glucose monitor and test strips. I had to then give my credit card information for shipping purposes. BIG mistake!! HUGE!!! I did receive a glucose monitor and test strips which functioned perfectly fine, however in the mean time my son and I had an appointment with his primary care physician where we obtained a prescription for a glucose monitor (so I could have obtained one for less money from my local pharmacy), and designed a plan to test whether my son was indeed diabetic over the next several weeks. It turned out, my son is not diabetic! A few weeks later I see in my email that New Life Pharmacy has sent me another package of glucose strips and charged my account another $19.95!! I had NO IDEA I was signed up for recurring automatic shipments!!! I called the number on my charge immediately and was told to refuse the package and my account would be credited when the package was received back at the pharmacy. This occurred in November of 2015! In January it occurred to me I had not seen a return of funds to my account. I called the Pharmacy on 1/12 and was told the pharmacy received my package on 11/17. The girl on the phone apologized profusely and could not imagine why I had not received a credit. She emailed the billing department on 1/12. I waited. On 1/21 I still did not see a credit. I called again. The girl on the line apologized profusely and this time CALLED the billing department. The one person that takes care of refunds was "out to lunch" so she left a message and I was assured the refund would take place when she returned in about 45 minutes. I waited. It is now 1/27, there is no credit in my account. I called and the girl on the line apologized profusely. She put me on hold and called the billing department. She came back on the line and told me the billing department said this is the first they are hearing about this! I asked if I could speak to the billing department and was told "Oh no, they do not speak to outside calls", but my refund will be in my account in the next few business days. I'm waiting. Let you know if I have to call again.... and again.... and again.
This company is a sham. As far as I can see they prey on people who may just be looking for a little information on the internet at a time when they have just received some shocking news!!! Stay away from this company!!!!

Like others I have had serious issues with them charging me two or three times for the same prescription co-pay. After two years of no balance, I got an invoice for 3 months of co-pays going back two years, I decided my time was worth more than the hassle of looking thru 2 years of statements, so I paid it. Three months later I get another invoice for another month, and that's when I decided to argue it. I have been constantly harassed by these folks, to the point where I finally just paid the last bill. I then cancelled my prescription with them. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE DON'T USE THEM, THEY ARE UNETHICAL.
