Just had a GREAT experience with Jessica. She helped my wife and I match our wall paint color and then find accent colors to go alongside it. She had great ideas and was VERY willing to help! Thanks Jessica!!!!

Came in at 6:55 with 3 kids and needed a paint match. Garret stayed late and got it done for me. Even with my 4 year old and 2 year old running around the store, he was helpful and didn't mind the circus.

Walked in and asked to have a paint sample I'd brought matched to finish a few wall repairs. The girl at the counter just stared at me, and finally stuttered "what product?", to which I replied "I dunno, uh... paint? You tell me, you work at the paint store. What are my options? I just want it to match". Obviously out of her depth, she deferred to a colleague.

Needless to say, the color is off, and the sheen is completely wrong. I guess the joke's on me because based on tweedle dee and tweedle dumb's attitude and performance, I knew that would be the case before I left, but I still paid in full and wasted my time rolling it onto the wall. You're better off at Lowes Depot, and I don't say that lightly, becuase their computer matches are terrible too.

Employee #2 asked her to start matching my sample, which she broke into pieces during the process, while he asked me what finish I wanted. Again, I brought in a sample for a reason folks! He indicated that they don't have a sample of their finishes (if true, that's a first at any paint store I've been into!), and very scientifically held it up to the wall and declared that it must be "satin". You know, because it visually matched the dingy wall behind the counter that was painted god knows when. When I asked after a more conclusive analysis, he gave me a bunch of attitude and indicated that he'd "worked there for over 5 years".

Rachel was incredible, after giving us a quote on some paints and seeing the disdain on our faces. She took the time to find an old receipt and matched the price... So grateful for her generosity and willingness to help!
