While the pasta was good the sauces for good. The salad was a high disappointment. The salad comes from a bag. Olive Garden is famous for their salads yet they can't take the time to cut up a head of lettuce. Come on! That's kind of ridiculous. If I want a bag salad I'll go to the grocery store and buy it not come to your place and pay for a salad. Takes less than 2 minutes cut up a head of lettuce. I was highly upset because when I come to Olive Garden I'm coming for the salad is so not for the pasta even if that's what they're famous for. So I switched out for the chicken no cheese soup. The soup was good but you can still taste that the something in it came from the freezer so it was not freshly made. As I said hi disappointment. Guess it's time to find another good Italian restaurant or make it at home.
My coworker and i did an online order, i went to pick it up and they ended up forgetting my coworkers order even though i had already paid for both. It was pretty frustrating considering we don't necessarily work close by, I called and spoke to Matt i believe is the managers name, he was so sweet about it and even remade her food and hand delivered her food himself! I've always loved this location, and now i have reason to love it even more. Talk about going above and beyond for the customer! Great customer service! Thank you!
Got here right at opening and sat in the bar, we were the only table for quite some time. After making our initial order, our table did not see the waitress again for about 20 minutes. We did not get offered refills of drinks or second orders of our never ending pasta bowl orders. The waitress only came back to our table after having to flag her down a few times, watching her come back in our section a few times, but never stopping by our table or paying attention to us flagging her down. She never came back to our table after we finally got her attention to get our refills, not even to bring boxes or to give us our ticket. I have gone to Olive Garden many times in different locations and have never had a waiter not come by the table to at least give us our ticket and to say goodbye to us. We spent most of our time just sitting around trying to flag someone down to wait on us. And to top it off, we said something about having the worst experience at an Olive Garden to the hostess and all she said was "okay, bye." As we walked out the door. No one seemed care about the fact that we were there for hours mostly because no one would come to our table to help us. But the food at Olive Garden is amazing. We always come by to get the NEPB and the lunch specials. I would just never visit this location again. I have never been treated so horribly at an Olive Garden.
You can't beat the Never Ending Pasta offering at this time of year. If you want to put on weight, this is the place to chow down. And, everything is delicious. The service was great, too. Robin is the most friendly, efficient and caring server. We absolutely love this Olive Garden!!
After enjoying a wonderful meal, we had a mishap with our left overs. Jason saw to it that not only the leftovers, but that the soup, salad and bread sticks were replaced. Wonderful, over the top customer service!!!
