These guys have really great customer service!! My mom was locked out. I called them, and they did a wonderful job! Aaron came and unlocked my moms door and also fixed the hinge on her door that had been troubling her for a long time. Aaron was very professional, friendly and courteous! Impressive service!! I called at 9:30 am and by 9:52 am the technician Aaron had not only arrived but had already unlocked my car for me!! I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed with the speed as well as the service. And the total cost was lower than I expected, $55. Highly recommend based on this experience.
Little disappointed with this place. I was super excited when I called over the phone to explain what I was needing. I gave them the year make and model of my car and exactly what I needed. I was provided a quote on how much it would be for what I explained I was looking for and I was super stoked that I found somewhere to make my a copy of my key. As soon as I walked in the door, the guys were not very friendly at all. I explained what I needed and they almost immediately shut me down. As having made a copy of my key before I knew that it was possible. They made me my key and once they were ringing me out, told me almost triple what I was quoted over the phone. A little frustrated, i tried explaining the situation and all the guy could say was that he has been doing this for 23 yrs and its been the same price for those 23 yrs. I felt very disrespected as a potential customer and that just because I was in need of only a car key that they didn't care to help me or want my business. Sad thats how my first experience was with this company because I would rather give a local business my business than going to Lowes or Home Depot or a dealership for a key.

Had such a great experience with Pro Security Products. They were super quick to get to me when I needed assistance and got the job done! They really know what they are doing and had great customer service! I will definitely be using them again in the future!
