My husband has been in several times in the ER the last few months. I was really impressed by the kind nurses they employ and how helpful they are. I believe all their employees are trained to be this way. A few times we've had to ask where certain procedures are done and there's always someone whose able to direct us. I sure hope that this continues while additions are being made.

Sunday evening, 7/9/2017. We took my husband to emergency. He was confused, sluring his words and we were really worried. Checking was great, the nurses great. The ER doctor listened carefully and with care. Immediately checked his sugar level, my husband was having a diabetic attack..we had no clue this time. Our biggest complaint was the EKG technician, an older white female, she was rude, grumpy, very put out and all she did was complain..it's sad she hated her job so much....

There is nothing negative I could say about the staff. I was treated in the ER as soon as I walked in and all the doctors and nurses were very helpful and caring. I felt like they really cared about my issues and made sure to help in any way possible.

Staff service and care in the hospital was great and they were extremely nice and alternative. However, I've been trying to get a hold of someone from billing for several days now just so I can get an itemized copy of my bill. I've been on hold 20 minutes everyday I've called, I tried to email them but they called me at work so I called back with the number they gave me and say on hold again! So I Finally set up a day and time for them to call me since I can't sit around at work all day waiting. They were supposed to call me 20 minutes ago and still nothing... So frustrating. I will never return to this hospital for future care because I never want to deal with the financial department again.

Excellent ER staff! The nurses and Doctor were very attentive my sons needs during our visit for his injury, the nurses we kind and caring and even checked on me frequently and helped keep me calm while my son was taken care of. Absolutely wonderful staff here.
