Could not be more impressed. I'm a new customer, I called and got an appointment the same day, when i showed up for my appointment they called my name at the exact time i was scheduled. The transition from person to person was seamless no long waits in a damp waiting room. I saw Dr. Sargent, I was one of his later appointments and you would have thought i was his first appointment of the day, he was friendly and very diligent. He passed me off on to stacey who helped me pick out glasses, she gave me very informed opinions on frames and lenses and then took extra time to make sure i got the best deal possible. Not to mention they delivered glasses in a timely manner. Often times in the health care business i find offices taking customers for granted, didnt feel that way at all here.
We are always waiting. They are always way behind!! We come to our appointment on time and are constantly waiting for them. What's the deal? I've had to wait a whole hour for my appointment. This is unacceptable. Today they tell me they are at least 20 minutes behind. Not ok. I've been late picking up my Elementary kids because of waiting on them. It's very frustrating. Besides that....they do a good job.
Only two stars because Dr's are great at this facility. But if will start working with the sales team to get your glasses, be ready for story inconsistencies between what they will be telling you and actual cost you end up paying. Beware!!!
Great staff, I was very satisfied with Dr,Brittney Capstick and optic store staff.
Dr. Capstick was awesome! The most thorough and professional exam I have had. I drive a lot for work and have had trouble getting my prescription dialed in just right. I was amazed at the difference. The opticians are extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.
