Has always being a 5 star grocery store, but in the past few months has gone down hill. The store remodel sucks - you don't carry a lot of stuff you used to and the stuff got moved to stupid places. Your baggers are horrible. My stuff has broken in the Parking lot multiple times from the bags being to heavy- I have never had a problem until recently. The front end has had a major turn over and a lot of the best people are not longer working there. Passed the Manager the other day multiple times and not once said hello or if I need anything and I had a full cart of groceries The only thing that is still great is the Pharmacy!

I absolutely love this store. I come here specifically for the natural foods section. It makes my trip quick and easy. They have the best healthy options. Other stores don't seem to have the same selection, so I only go to this location. You guys are awesome. Thank you!
It always is....There are two young men that always stand out when I shop at the Sugarhouse Smith's-----Guy and Anthony......Always friendly and have gone out of their way many times to help me......
