Costco gas is always way cheaper than any other gas station in town. If you come during off peak times there's usually no wait. During rush hour you might have to wait 5-10 minutes in line which is not too bad after all. Keep in mind that they only take Visa cards.

Great prices, sometimes long waits. Not very convenient access.
They've really improved this recently, way more gas stalls and they added diesel. So I never have to wait in line to fill up anymore.
Nice facilities. There wasn't a line when I went. I don't like that it's tucked in the back of the parking lot, that's kind of annoying.
