I came here because I had a coupon for a couple dollars off. I originally went for an oil change but when I got there I asked them if they could top off the fluids and check my tire pressure as well. The employee said they always top off fluids and always check the pressure themselves so they'd take care of it. When I drove back home, the light for my tire pressure came on again and when I checked the fluids weren't taken care of either. I wouldn't have cared if I had to pay extra for these things to be done but I thought they'd do what they told me they would. In the end, I had to spend more time to take care of them myself. Won't be returning to this location.
In early August 2017, had an emergency situation, a tire with a slow leak, that had to be fixed before beginning a cross country drive with my son to get him and his car to the east coast to start medical school. The team at Burt Brother's were extremely accommodating, and professionally fixed the tire and had me on my way within an hour, all without an appointment.
