I really like that they offer a Gluten-free Menu. Their Reward system kinda suck though. If the server doesn't put in your receipt you don't get a credit. If you call the Reward Company they want a faxed or digital copy of your receipt to get it. Also if you don't go offense enough you get up to 3 and then your oldest one drops off and you never get to claim the 4th visit. Like I said it's not too user friendly.
My Steak and lobster was perfectly done, son's chicken was juicy and perfect, wife loved her steak and coconut shrimp. Server Travis was very informative and kept our drinks full. Thanks for the great service.
My family took me out here for my birthday last month. We ended up a little short on time, and upon informing our waiter of this, he ensued to carry out a prompt and highly professional service. The food was good, service was good...the knives are a little dull, but that's not worth knocking off a star (as you can see, I was really reaching for that one...)
Food quality has gone down hill. Last two times we've eaten here one of us had to send our steaks back because they were over cooked this last time we both had to send them back. They were visibly burnt on the outside and we ordered them medium rare. Even the bread before the meal was cold and dry. Mixed veggies weren't even good, carrots were hard and the squash soggy. Could have gotten a better steak dinner at chili's for less money.
Awful! Way too crowded so the service was awful! We came because there are 72 hours left on the endless shrimp and they are out of it. They didn't treat us very nicely when only one of us ordered a steak because the rest of us couldn't get shrimp. We were very polite but the food was poorly done. The french onion soup was gross and all 5 plates were dirty when or appetizers came. We will never be back!!! They are way too many steak houses to choose from that will treat us better .
