This place is a joke. I paid them to do my small business' taxes in 2013 and they made huge errors that resulted in me getting a larger refund than I should have. I suspected this was the case and asked them about it. They didn't help me figure it out, just just told me to send the check back to the IRS. When the same exact check came this year, I spent HOURS on the phone with the IRS before having the CPA there help me figure it out. This was several months ago, and he said he was going to file an amended return for 2015. That still hasn't happened and I have followed up multiple times. Terrible company. Just buy turbotax. The robots there are more helpful...
Friendly atmosphere with lots of great expertise!
Terrible. They took 6 months to do my taxes and ended up charging me $50 more than I was told. Do not use them.
I enjoyed my experience with Larson & Company. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.
I'd rather go to the franchise tax service stores, who can actually sit down with you and don't have to wait a week to do anything. And have them call other servicing agent frauds. And want to charge a cancelling fee equaling to the full amount of the process.
